STAR Camp Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a camp cancellation. We hope attendees understand that we make scheduling and budgeting decisions based on enrollment at certain points ahead of camp. Our refund policy is as follows:
Processing Fee
The convenience of using an online registration system does come with a cost. We’ve incorporated that cost into the total tuition due so you do not encounter additional fees at checkout. The Foundation is responsible for processing fees, even when a partially or fully paid registration is cancelled. For a cancellation at any point, a processing fee will be charged: 5% of tuition paid to that point OR $5.95, whichever is higher.

Camp Transfers
Camps are filled on a first come, first served basis. Transferring registration to a different week within the same season is allowed, as long as there is an opening in the new camp.

Cancellation Fee
- Cancellations with 30+ days notice or the camp is cancelled - Full Refund, less processing fee
- Cancellations with 7 to 29 days notice - Tuition paid, less $50.00 fee and processing fee
- Cancellations fewer than 7 days notice - Tuition paid, less $90.00 fee and processing fee
- If child goes home after camp has begun- No Refund
- If child is unable to attend due to COVID onset or quarantine - Full refund, less processing fee.
Camp Transfers

- Transfer with more than 14 days notice - No fees
- Transfer within 14 days of camp - $10 service fee
